※ Cancellations after confirmation are generally non-refundable. If the activity cannot be operated safely due to weather or ocean conditions, we will discuss rescheduling or the applicable refund arrangements.
※ A 20% peak-season surcharge applies during Golden Week, Obon and the New Year holiday period.
