There is no cancellation fee, but please contact us as soon as possible in case of cancellation.

Cancellation due to weather

Due to bad weather and deteriorating conditions, it may be postponed or canceled due to the influence of "typhoon or low pressure".

• ・We are not responsible for any damage such as accidents, injuries, illnesses, and thefts that occur during the guide lesson.
  Please check and agree before applying.
• ・ Please refrain from participating in the tour if you feel unwell or drink excessively, and the staff on the day may judge that surfing is impossible based on your physical condition.
• ・ Surfing is a sport that is played against nature, and unexpected situations may occur due to leisure, so if you feel any discomfort or abnormality, please inform the guide staff immediately.
